OEWD Youth Programs



The goal of OEWD’s Youth Workforce Services is to provide San Francisco’s most disadvantaged youth with access to a broad continuum of education, work experience opportunities and supportive services that lead to:


·          Educational attainment

·          Occupational skills development

·          Attachment to the workforce system


OEWD is currently funding the following strategies:


Sector Bridge

Sector Bridge programs are for youth ages 17 to 24 and provide contextual training for jobs in retail, security, and information technology.



RAMP is an intensive job readiness and work experience program for youth ages 18 to 24 who are not working or in school. 


Young Adult WorkLink

Young Adult WorkLink Access Points are located in many neighborhoods throughout the city and provide a variety of workforce and education services for youth ages 17 to 24.
