CityBuild can assist contractors with their hiring needs with our CityBuild Referral Program. Qualified candidates can be recommended for many different types of construction projects. All referrals are screened to ensure their skills are a fit for a contractor’s needs. Workforce Projection Form - First Source Hiring

Contractors performing public work or improvement projects in San Francisco are required to complete and submit a Workforce Project Form. For covered projects with Good Fatih Efforts toward the the Local Hiring goals and for covered privately funded projects with First Source Hiring Agreements complete and submit Workforce Projection Form 1.

Mandatory Local Hiring Plan

Contractors will be required to complete a Local Hiring Plan for covered projects subject to the mandatory Local Hiring requirements and with a estimated project cost of more than $1,000,000. Waiver Form - Mandatory Local Hiring

For all covered projects, a contractor may request for a waiver towards the mandatory Local Hiring requirements by completing a Condtional Waiver Form.
