Workforce CDBG grantees can apply for one-on-one consulting sessions provided by CompassPoint Non-profit Services to enhance organizational development in selected areas.  Organization leadership will work with CompassPoint’s experienced and highly-skilled professional consultants to address such areas as Strategic Planning, Finance and Fiscal Management, Board Development, and Succession/Transition Planning. OEWD will extend approximately 33 hours of free consultant time to three workforce CDBG grantee organizations.  The hours will be determined by OEWD based on the scope of the proposed projects and the strength of the proposals.
